1	I'm lost and I don't know where to go from here. I grew up as a field worker and went to school in the Midwest to get my engineering degree. It really changed my thinking process. It gave me the ability to think through complicated and difficult things. Even if you don't work as an engineer the critical thinking skills are useful. You can leverage an engineering degree to go to law school, med school, business school and if all else fail you can still make a decent living working as an engineer. 1	I'm facing a very hard time now This is a wierd question but have you gotten tested for bi-polar. I have a coworker that would swing between being on top of the world and being extremely social to feeling depressed. His low were not really low and he is not as impulsive as bi-polar people but he did end up in the mental hospital 6 months ago. He also had a hard time sleeping.
