1	Never Be Reactive When It Comes To Women I like this idea and I need to internalize it. The man is the frame controller when he's with a woman. He doesn't react much. Then go look up some of the science on how meditation effects the brain. Its pretty potent stuff. And finally, don't listen if someone tells you meditation is about "making your thoughts stop".
