She would’ve hit (or at least clipped the car, which would’ve sent her a couple of feet) the car and died or been seriously injured. And like some other people have said, She was wearing headphones. Headphones that were COVERING HER EARS and were likely to had been noise canceling headphones (There is really no way of knowing that, but the majority of headphones being sold now are in fact noise canceling.)
