2	What are some considerations for where to move to and what to live in? During and Post Corona? (37M) Sorry for the late reply, but in that case, it seems to boil down into preference. Although cash out and freedom sounds quite nice to me. Could leave you to sensibly invest a decent amount of it, rent a smaller place closer to work and still have a comfortable economy. 3	What are some considerations for where to move to and what to live in? During and Post Corona? (37M) I'm not an expert, tho I would not trade in a owned property for renting a house or apartment. In my country at least that would only result in spending more money. So personally I'd go for selling and buying something smaller.
