You’re oozing insecurities from this post homie. Kick the girl out. You told her you didn’t want a dog then she went and got a dog. Beta move for you to enable it. Leave or deal with the consequences of you being a bitch

My whole group of friends are competitive bodybuilders and none of us care about the weights we lift. Just about how our diets/drugs are and how we feel going into a prep or about to stand on stage. The only people who seem to care about the amount of weight lifted are guys who powerlift/strongman or people new to the gym.

It’s almost like you didn’t read the comment chain that I was having with OP. I am saying his advice is not good. If you’re trying to look good, being strong has no influence on that. Diet, cardio, and training to failure do.

See now you’re the one projecting. I’m 250 lbs at 6 ft and 12% and can deadlift 6 plates and squat 5. Also you’re totally fucking wrong. I get less women now then when I was 210 lbs and 8% bf. But I’m saying it’s not necessary to lift heavy weights to get big. And no one gives a flying fuck how much you can lift besides other dudes.

I mean we are talking in TRP. A place to talk about how to increase your SMV. And literally no one cares how much weight you can lift unless you’re breaking world records. So yea, being muscular and aesthetically pleasing would be the goal of anyone in here.

Highly disagree. When I first started lifting I focused solely on hypertrophy and good nutrition. Looked jacked by most gym goers standards in about a year but couldn’t bench 2 plates. Could barely squat 2 plates and didn’t even attempt to deadlift. Yet I was 200 lbs at 12% bodyfat and looked good for the amount of time in the gym. Years later, yes I can do all of the numbers and higher. But is it necessary? No. Nutrition, cardio, and training to failure is x10 as important than lifting heavy an…

Unless your goal is to be strong you absolutely do not need to lift heavy to get big. Everything else is okay but there’s so many different factors that go into it than just macros and calories. Micronutrients, different protein types, carb sources. These all matter and play a role. And also you should definitely NOT get “big” and then get cut. That is the exact opposite of what to do. Get lean, then slowly add calories in and keep adding muscle. The more fat you have the easier fat will be adde…

$16k per year in state for JUST tuition. Room and board, food, books... looking at close to $30k a year. Not sure where you pulled $10k from.

It gives her deniability for coming over to your place.. have you even read the sidebar? “Come over and see my dog” vs “come over and fuck” which is easier for her hamster to rationalize? Both have the same outcome. Come on mate this is basics lol.

Mate you’re crying and looking for excuses when in reality it’s all on you. You’re a boring uninteresting person and that’s why you don’t have friends. Pick up hobbies and a passion and have fun with yourself and people will follow. What he said is 100% accurate. I was in the same stage of life after college and thought just like you. That I needed cool friends to do cool stuff will. When actuality I didn’t. I starting doing cool stuff by myself and ran into people that later became friends. Qui…

Mate look into melanotan 2 injections. Fixed the white/red pasty skin for you. Get into skincare and fix that skin complexion. Now what other facial issues can the knife not fix?

Just do it lol. I’ve done competition preps for bodybuilding on low carbs and drugs that suck carbs up like a vacuum. It’s doable. Still benched 3 plates with 5 low carb days. Definitely don’t feel the best but it’s possible. The gym is a big mind game and you have to be mentally strong enough to push through.

How old are you? And how severe are the spots? No you won’t get accutane prescribed unless you have horrific acne but you can always find it online.

Only thing that has ever cleared my face was accutane. Sure cleansing/moisturizing helps but to completely be acne free, gotta nuke it with accutane. Even a low dose of 10mg daily completely clears my face.
