It’s completely true. If you go from 1-2 per day instead to 1 or 2 weeks apart you will find gals pay a way different level of attention. But it varies. The key is to find your balance, if you go a week and see good results, but then it caps at 2 weeks or maybe 3. Don’t approach in the gym. Let them approach you. Be social with other guys, get a social circle going and naturally the gals will want to join in. As a social guy who is regular at the gym, I chat up all the guys at the gym and never approach girls. With that said, every girl knows my name and commonly approach me.
