Marriage has far more statistical benefits to offer men than singleness with casual sex It doesn't. There's nothing I get from a marriage that I can't get from a FWB situation barring some minor tax benefits

Women have more casual sex than men do
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/26 06:04 PM
1

Lying about what. Women are the ones that lie here
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/26 06:01 PM
2

I mean, yeah? If you can achieve all that just by jerking who in their right minds would wanna deal with women for sex?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/26 11:54 AM
1

Then you're not even part of this conversation lmfao. This is for women that do engage in casual sex (which is the majority btw)
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/26 06:27 PM
1

Still good enough to have sex without additional responsibility lol
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/26 06:23 PM
1

My bad, typos. I'm not contradicting anything. Oh but you are. This very sentence is a contradiction too. It's hilarious that you can't see it. It's like I'm asking a blind man to look at a scenery It is about you. You're the one misinterpreting and acting like you're the expert. On a 3 month old thread. Nope. It's your comment. I'm jut pointing how you're being hypocritical and contradictory
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/26 06:06 PM
1

It doesn't contract anything. You're right, it doesn't contract anything. It contradicts it. Different things. You're continuing to misinterpret. And that's on you. That's not my problem. Oh I'm sorry I didn't realize I was responsible for your experiences and thoughts. You can think whatever you'd like. Your thoughts have zero impact. Correct. Good thing this isn't about me, it was about you and you said the truth, tried to do damage control by backtracking but it didn't work.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/26 05:48 PM
1

Yet it's the women who are hooking up casually more.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/26 05:40 PM
1

Lmfao. Is that an insult?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/26 05:40 PM
1

For me, if someone is husband material part of that includes being hot as fuck. Hotter than anyone else. That contradicts what you just said so you're not being truthful here, just making that up right now even though I know there are women that are actually like this as I said earlier, you're just not one of them. Yes, the point of a fuck buddy is no commitment. Having had fuck buddies 15+ years ago doesn't prove that I don't find my husband sexually attractive. Not the whole point but also you…
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/26 04:23 PM
1

Most didn't, but most should
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/26 04:12 PM
1

I prefer my husband material husband over men who once were my fuck buddy. Which doesn't prove that he's more attractive than desirable sexually than they were to you. You can prefer him for other reasons. I never wanted to be a fuck buddy with my husband so if he didn't want a relationship, he wouldn't get to experience me wanting to rip his clothes off. Right, unlike the your fuck buddies who got to experience that without the responsibility of a relationship. Which proves that he isn't sexual…
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/26 03:50 PM
1

Something wrong with that?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/26 03:46 PM
1

I did, and you implicitly proved it. The fact that you still haven't figured it out just reinforces the fact that you're slow and not worth engaging with
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/26 03:38 PM
1

I'm aware. That's exactly where I learned it in fact and it's honestly a good strategy. See, us men do listen to and learn from women!
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/26 02:59 PM
1

Yeah I won't fault you for it, you're not particularly bright I can see.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/26 02:58 PM
1

Which implicitly proves my point. Thanks for that.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/26 01:51 PM
1

Marriage also risks way more than just a casual hookup where all you need is to find each other really attractive. And marriage doesn't necessarily require attraction of the same level either.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/26 01:08 PM
1

Oh, then why don't women have casual sex/hookups with average looking guys instead of attractive ones?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/26 01:08 PM
1

That's more than what most people are doing here. Thank you.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/26 01:06 PM
0

We don't want to be exploited and taken advantage of. There's no doubt in my mind that there are women out there that aren't actually like this, but there's simply no way to find out. So it's safer to paint all women as evil here. Crude strategy but it's the best way to protect yourself.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/26 12:21 PM
1

Swipe data isn’t attraction, it’s aesthetic filtering LMFAOOOOOOOOOOO Man I swear to god. I haven't seen a more disingenuous argument in my life before. Women will do anything but speak truth here lmfao. Actually fascinating. Sure, me swiping away from fat girls is just 'aesthetic filtering' and not just the fact that I find them hideous
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/26 12:16 PM
1

If a woman chooses a man, it’s because she wants him. And this is one reason why marriage rates have been dropping, fast. Turns out most women don't find their husbands attractive. They find the people they chose specifically for sex because they were attractive, more attractive. Big surprise.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/26 12:09 PM
1

Strawman. The argument is that the only way to measure how desirable a man is is to measure it by, surprise surprise, seeing how much women want/desire him and casual sex is absolutely the best proxy for that.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/26 11:57 AM
1

Thank you for understanding.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/26 01:06 AM
1

Amazingly articulated. And yeah you deserve to explore your sexual urges dude, don't let anyone else tell you otherwise. Do what feels right for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/26 12:40 AM
2

You don't get the point. We're talking about physical standards/looks. Raw sexual attraction and the difference in those between a fuck buddy and a potential partner
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 09:33 PM
1

And you just replied back
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 09:32 PM
1

Women want casual sex = liberated queen Men want casual sex = toxic masculinity/seeking validation Lmfao
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 07:57 PM
1

Yeah except I wake up aroused as well. If anything that's when I am most aroused.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 07:28 PM
1

Well yeah, isn't that how it should be? Casual sex is supposed to be casual, thus lower standards.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 07:24 PM
1

Precisely, which is why a man asking to marry you holds more weight than a woman proposing marriage/LTR with you. Thanks for proving the point.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 07:15 PM
1

Lmfao. Delusional response
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 07:14 PM
1

Men like being seen as sexual beings, that's it. That's all it is.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 07:13 PM
0

You have 5 minutes to think about how nonsensical that response is.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 07:10 PM
1

Meanwhile, casual sex has risks of sexually transmitted infections and pregnancy. For both men and women. So does sex in marriage lmfao
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 07:06 PM
1

Women are so funny lol. They pretend to "sense and understand" people they've never known on the internet but get played up by the people they've spent half their lives with. I guess the confidence is admirable at least lol
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 07:04 PM
0

Except I do. More than any woman ever can, in fact.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 05:30 PM
1

But don't presume that you speak for all men. Except that he does speak for a lot of us, and that's way better than a lot of women (including you) here trying to speak for us
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 04:35 PM
2

That is how it should be
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 04:10 PM
1

Honestly, yeah. Women are overrated/overvalued as personal companions. They're generally terrible friends too.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 03:53 PM
1

Sexualization =/= dehumanization. Most guys would love to be sexualized.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 01:40 PM
1

Why are you all so crazily obsessed with this? Is it really so privileged to have one-time sex with a stranger? You know, this sheer incredulity is what sets men and women apart. This is the big divide. Men and women will have completely opposite answers to this
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 01:39 PM
1

No one likes obligatory sex. I'd rather stay single and celibate for life.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 01:36 PM
1

I can also win the lottery today. But can doesn't mean will.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 01:22 PM
1

This is hilariously false because sex actually triggers the release of oxytocin in men too
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 01:20 PM
1

He's mostly wrong though
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 01:19 PM
1

Why are women so deliberately obtuse on this topic lmfao. There's no way you all are actually that dumb so I can only interpret this as playing dumb.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 01:00 PM
1

I'm sorry, since when was it a rule that one can only discuss sex/relationships if and only if they're in one or are looking to be in one?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/25 02:00 PM
1

No, many do unfortunately get called that and worse just for caring about something like that.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/25 02:54 AM
1

That may theoretically be true, but the numbers game is still in the average woman's favor. They still have a wider net of "attractive men" to choose from especially when a lot of really attractive men are busy with multiple women at a time.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/25 02:52 AM
1

No, it's literally just common sense but I'm well aware many women's tendency to dismiss or gish-gallop around this topic so your idiocy is hardly surprising here (or anywhere else really)
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/25 02:05 AM
1

Never said there's "no desires" at all; all I said is that it's not nearly as strong as it may be with women who had hookups before where the exclusively looked only for raw physical/sexual attraction. Now this is different for women who aren't willing to compromise on it even when looking for a LTR, but many do compromise and "settle" for men they certainly don't find as appealing sexually, and that's a horrible thing to do through as a man.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/25 01:32 AM
1

Not really, most (all?) men want to feel sexually/physically desired by their partners first primarily. Everything else comes after that. There are exceptions but most men would not deny that one of the most important things in their relationship is if their partner finds them sexually irresistible.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/25 01:23 AM
1

What's a "not real' man versus a "real" man? Let's hear it from someone who isn't a man.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/25 01:22 AM
1

"Managed to get fucked" by someone not as sexually/physically attracted to them (and this is what men want the most, to feel desired sexually by their partner, all else comes second). You may not like it but that's how men operate.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/25 01:20 AM
1

Nor can women. That entire concept is dehumanizing bullshit from the manosphere. Women like sex just as much as men do, get over it.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/25 01:16 AM
1

It's definitely on your end, because it's not hatred to acknowledge what some (or most) women do. It'd be hatred if I said "Most women do this and they're shitty people!!!", instead I said "Most women do this, but not all of them are honest about it". So yes, comprehension definitely ain't your strong point is it?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/25 01:15 AM
1

Hatred? You really think you're worth my hatred? The arrogance is insane especially since you can't even back it up.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 12:35 PM

You knew you were bullshitting??? Self-awareness 9000.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 08:33 AM
1

"Handful" yeah right lol. And I do believe that, including you. I have no problem believing that because I know a lot of women also don't do it, but you seem to struggle to say it explicitly that a lot of women also do this and a lot of them would if they could.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 08:33 AM
3

That's exactly how it works, it's common sense.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 05:19 AM

That's precisely what they're saying
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 05:18 AM

And I knew one such "betabuxxer". I made fun of him all the time, he deserved to be made fun of and ridiculed for it. I had no sympathy for him.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 02:26 AM
1

I didn't imply it, and I certainly don't think so. I was responding to another comment about how some men here find 5 sexual partners to be high. I laughed and said, "I hit 5 in high school. Which implies you don't think it's high. From there it's no longer some massive leap of logic to think that you believe it may even be normal. That's the implication anyway. Either you worded it poorly or are dancing around it because.....just because! And here we are. You seem to be bothered by my remark. T…
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 02:15 AM
1

Did I say it was "normal"? Please point to where I said it was normal. You didn't say it explicitly (nor did I say that you said it), but you certainly implied and think so. Yes, it's a very specific example of "best students". The best student can be valedictorian and not participate in math olympiads. That's rather rare. You need to have quite a few achievements in school to be a valedictorian and olympiads/competitions are one of the best and most common ways to do that. Math isn't the only w…
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 02:03 AM
1

That your high school was probably disgusting if you think having had sex 5 different times by senior year is normal. And while that's a specific definition, it's not odd by any means. The best students win math olympiads.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 01:53 AM
1

I don't think you understand what "academic dominance" really is. I'm talking about acing math olympiads or being selected for IOIs. Getting your homework done on time doesn't count.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 01:46 AM
1

What should it be then? Three half women? Quarter women?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 01:44 AM
1

When I was a high schooler my only concern was establishing complete academic dominance and then use that to flex on others.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 01:21 AM
2

You're starting to bore me
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 01:11 AM
1

That wasn't an attack.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 01:10 AM
2

is like avoiding having any male friends because "there is a correlation between being a man and being a serial killer". Lmfao you'd be surprised
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 01:08 AM
0

Disgusting honestly. One or two I get but 5? What kind of school were you going to?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 01:07 AM
3

Height is pretty important. There's a reason why Tinder added the height filter and I promise you no men requested it.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 01:04 AM
2

They're just weak people afraid of a little loneliness. I have no sympathy for them.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 01:03 AM
1

Wish you were as good at being logically coherent as you are at fooling yourself.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 12:52 AM

This isn't about me. I'm on SSRIs, I cannot/do not have sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 12:51 AM
2

He doesn't need to ask much, just needs to be extremely attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 12:50 AM

No I can't do you that favor. Find it yourself.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 12:41 AM

So that just means I don't need to take anything you say even remotely at face value. No need to tell me twice then, already knew you're bullshitting.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 12:41 AM
1

and that mindset contributes to why women don't necessarily hop into bed with just anyone. Lol except that they do, many do and many more would if they could, the guy just has to be extremely attractive for it. That's what the link I sent above demonstrates.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 12:37 AM

I mean yeah why would I believe one person over dozens to potentially hundreds of comments + thousands of upvotes agreeing with them? That doesn't mean I think every woman is like that. And gish-galloping and bullshitting around an argument (only to later on admit to at least part of it when cornered) isn't "nuance" it's just being deliberately obtuse and playing coy, an extremely notorious tactic (particularly on women's part, but men often do this too) whenever this topic comes around. All of …
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 12:21 AM

That made zero sense.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 12:17 AM

They don't, so that means I don't need to listen to you if you disagree because random reddit women opinion = worthless right? It's so funny how you all act like people on reddit, hundreds of people who comment this stuff and the thousands of upvotes they receive, are some separate species of humans that aren't present in real life or people you won't interact with in real life at a time when almost everyone is chronically online these days. Clown behavior. Who are you trying to fool?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 11:59 PM

I'm well aware lol. Anyone who thinks otherwise is stupid. Men and women, we're all equally as horrible, stupid, exploitative and terrible as human beings. To pretend otherwise is not only foolish but also arrogant. No man or woman gets to act high and mighty.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 11:53 PM
1

And that's where I disagree with those people, no one's "run through and worthless", if that was true then it would apply to men too. I do however expect honesty and if a guy does not want to marry or commit to someone who's "run through and worthless" (again, not something I agree with but many guys have that particular calculus) then you need to accept that.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 11:50 PM
2

An additional burden*
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 11:43 PM

Yeah except you let the "fuck boi" fuck you anyway just cuz he had top tier genetics.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 11:42 PM
1

I don't know you and god I can't be thankful enough to the universe that I don't, I'd genuinely move states or countries if I "knew" someone as stupid and worthless as you.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 11:38 PM
1

Okay, thanks for confirming exactly what the OP stated then. Not sure why your initial comment had such a kneejerk reaction and caused you to disagree immediately with the OP when you apparently seem to understand what they're saying.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 11:37 PM
1

A spectacular answer to a question I never asked or a point that I never even raised. Congrats. Want a medal?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 11:35 PM

Cool, this wasn't about you then.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 11:34 PM

So you concede and can't realistically counter it. About what I expected.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 11:34 PM
1

I can be rude to whoever I want, I don't owe you kindness or politeness. Second of all, I didn't claim that there's no Reddit post contrary to what is shown in those screenshots nor did I claim that every woman is like this. You made up a strawman and got mad over it. You ARE a clown and expect me to not call it out?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 11:33 PM

Am I? Where did I claim that all women are this way?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 11:31 PM

It's also disingenuous because it's a tactic frequently employed by women. We're not saying "all women" lol, but that it's enough women to make it statistically significant (and trust me, this is underrepresented too because many women would not want to say it out loud in order to not upset their partners, that manifests in the form of silent upvotes).
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 11:31 PM
1

Right, my "confirmation bias" as opposed to believing some random idiot named Routine-Present-3676 who's going against evidence itself.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 11:30 PM
2

Yeah I don't hang around here, this was just a stupid post I was sent by someone equally as stupid and I decided to comment on here. I have better things to do than this, this is just me killing some time. You're not worth more than that, obviously.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 03:13 PM
1

Yeah right I'm tearing up alright, tearing up from laughing at how stupid you are. You're literally backed into a corner here when you finally realized that the phrasing of your statement was stupid and I called you out on it; rendering your usual "my life my standards!!!!" ineffective against it because I actually agree with it already. No one's saying you should hold it to the same standard, that'd be a stupid and unreasonable demand. You are however expected to be honest about it (which you'r…
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 03:03 PM
2

"Watch your mouth" Lmfao or what? I'll say whatever I want, if you get tears in your eyes over being called out online, log off reddit or something. Stop being so emotional over an online quarrel. "A guy I date has to meet additional requirements ON TOP of being as attractive as the guy I casually fucked who didn't have to meet those requirements/standards". Not that I mind it, it's your life, you get to live it the way you want. I just hate dishonesty and the dishonest framing of your comments.…
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 02:56 PM
4

Not sure I understand what you mean there, besides are you pretending that there isn't a massive body of online (and even offline) hatred against guys (and even girls) who want partners with "no body count"? It's literally a meme at this point, and given that young women are by far the more sexually active group (can look it up right now), that's WAY easier said than done too. Let's not be obtuse here.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 02:52 PM
2

I didn't say that that's ALL that matters, that's you putting words in my mouth like I said. Just that attractiveness is a FAR higher consideration for FWB/casual sex whereas traits as a partners are much more prioritized for serious relationships. Seriously, it's like you people were literally trained to dance around, gish gallop and bullshit as much as you can around this topic. It's insane lmfao.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 02:50 PM
3

No, you need to try being a bit more intelligent and learn not to put words in other people's mouths. If your responses are low effort bullshit, you're gonna get low effort responses out of me too. I don't owe you high effort responses if you're gonna strawman me. So try again, this time maybe engage all 3 of your braincells.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 02:43 PM
2

With that kind of a strawman I bet no crows are gonna be touching your fields.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 02:39 PM
2

False. It's A LOT harder to be sexually/physically attractive than it is to develop traits to be a good partner, so no the bar for the former is almost categorically much higher than the latter's.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 02:38 PM
3

That you continue to pretend that hookups are not a far more exclusive group in terms of pure physical/sexual attraction, whereas for a relationship/commitment the guy just has to show that he can be a good partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 02:36 PM
3

No, I'm not mad at you or your standards. Or mad at all. I'm just disappointed at the dishonesty and the deliberate obtuseness on display here. And at how many women are literally dancing around such a basic and extremely simple concept that MANY women themselves like to echo in private but immediately tend to play coy when asked about it.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 02:32 PM
1

I know women don't get much out of casual sex, I know about the orgasm gap as well, I know PIV isn't enjoyable to most women and they require a lot more to get off. I know most of this, you know nothing and you continue being proudly ignorant and slow.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 02:30 PM
2

Is your name pills by any chance? Your flair makes a lot of sense that way.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 02:29 PM
6

Cool, then this topic isn't for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 02:28 PM
6

Evidence I don't like = cherrypicking Evidence I like = undisputable, undeniable proof!!! You don't even have to try very hard to be a clown, you're a natural at this. Especially when I never claimed that this itself proves that all women think or act this way, just that it's more evidence to support the idea that it's not some conspiracy theory nor an isolated incident.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 02:26 PM
6

And I assume by "genuine" you mean someone who basically bends over backwards to meet whatever demands you've had meanwhile the "sex guy" could simply get away with being attractive? You're literally proving OP's point here.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 02:24 PM
-2

You have no idea how men enjoy sex so your point is actually moot. Just give it up, seriously. You've proven your stupidity multiple times here today, haven't you had enough already? Is your self-esteem shot or something?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 02:22 PM
5

Not sure what this means though. Are you saying that leaving a doomed relationship is supposedly an insult?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 02:17 PM

And that last sentence is exactly why relationships fail. Misaligned values. And that is precisely why women (broadly speaking, this isn't true for every woman) usually tend to settle or look for guys who are okay with this (this is where the complaint from women about guys in their 30s-40s not wanting to commit originate from, at least in part) and are simply looking to settle down finally.

Yeah, no. Many (most?) women explicitly state the exact opposite. And by definition alone a pure FWB guy is in fact no strings attached, as in there's no commitment and very little to no effort besides the fact that two attractive people just happen to be horny and close to each other at the same time. That's all.

Which is precisely NOT the point here. The point is that the "sex guy" just has to be really attractive, nothing more. The "date guy" however has to go through a whole host of things and processes to even hope to have the same level of intimacy that the "sex guy" was able to get just because he had better genetics (broadly speaking, looks can be more than that though).

It proves exactly the point here, but I'm not surprised to see you (and many other women here too) active deliberately obtuse over it. It's a well-known dishonesty tactic, I'd have expected nothing less.

You showed nothing except for the fact that your attempt to gaslight was visible from lightyears away and the fact that you're incapable of very basic transitive reasoning. Move along now grandma, you're moments away from your grave anyway.

No, I think it's stupid to assume women don't like sex though like many fool themselves into thinking. It's just that they may not like it with you, not that they don't like it, and that's precisely what's being discussed here. I was right, you have the working memory of a sandworm and lost track of the conversation completely. I don't even pity you honestly, I hate idiots.

. They only said that IF they wanted to hookup then standard for looks is higher. They didn't say that they liked it more. It's all your imagination. Are you stupid or just pretending to be here just for the sake of it? Like seriously, you find it hard to fathom why someone would want someone to be physically attractive and think it's imaginative to assume that it'd be explicitly for the fact that they'd find them more attractive/desirable sexually? What else would they need an attractive FWB fo…

Usually they pass the bare minimum attraction threshold. You're not the hottest of the hot. Its you're available, I'm kinda in the mood. Many (most?) women explicitly disagree with that.

Plently (most?) of women explicitly state that their FWBs are a more exclusive, more attractive group.

Not really, a lot of women (most?) seem to disagree with that.

No you're being deliberately obtuse. Let me break it down. The idea is; for husbands women would demand exclusivity in exchange for sex (crude way to put it but that's the basic idea). That's the point here that you're subtly glossing over, you're DEMANDING exclusivity/commitment from them. It's a demand placed on them, a demand that means that even if they meet someone more attractive, they ought to do nothing. That's what a relationship is after all. A FWB though? No such demands, no exchange,…

Lmfao what? Not giving you a relationship./commitment isn't "punishment". No man owes a woman a relationship especially if and when he finds out she's not actually sexually/physically attracted to him. Women's idea of "commitment" is stupid for this very reason. It's parasitic, actually.

men WHO WANT TO GET A SINGLE DATE IN THEIR LIVES must take the initiative. Also no. This isn't the 1980s.

Missed the point. I'm not saying I don't have an issue with the way animals are treated, I'm saying I'd rather not have anyone try to police and shame me for what I eat, which vegans often do unfortunately, while I've had no atheist or leftist do that to me (nor do they need to, I'm already leftist). And as childish as this sounds, I really struggle to eat vegetables and other greens (I know, I know, veganism isn't vegetarianism) due to their texture since I have ASD. Meat on the other hand is o…

"Never judge a book by its cover" they say, unfortunately that's what most people do. I don't doubt for a second that the book you're referring to is excellent at dissecting the dangers and flaws of the patriarchal institution.... but what good is it when you just turned away a large portion of potential readers that could've read it and done some introspection and self-reflection, with a ragebait title? The title is provocative, but not in the way you think. It's damaging to our cause, not help…

The solution is to control your 'extreme rage and grief' and be rational. You'll do yourself and everyone a favor with that.
