I don't think people realize that the privilege afforded to womens' possible giving of birth is that they never have to fight in any war, even if they voted someone in who starts said war. They also never have to give birth, so you tell me if who really has more privilege here.

Most people do not understand that beauty is not limited to physical appearance. It is an aesthetic quality, yes, but it is a deep appreciation of the form of something, and it takes a wise individual to understand forms beyond their literal vision. You're probably right, but rape shouldn't be a women's issue, and the fact that these kinds of responses to it snowballed and were allowed at all shows that most people don't sympathize with the male rape victim. Even on the front page there was a post about how women who are raped face expensive medical costs; we all know male rape victims would be subject to the same costs (barring the fact that many don't seek treatment out of shame).
