Cut until the body fat is low, nothing will have a greater impact on your status and attractiveness. Redpill seems to hamster male body fat for some reason...don't listen. The world is full of pudgy men who think their "big" arms are desirable (like fat women with larger breasts). Also - this doesn't mean you can't lift weights and make some progress (contrary to popular belief). Go grind and you'll see results. I've done it.

Do you realize his point? For you to conclude this woman was raped you'd have to assume she is utterly powerless in very sense. Children have stronger wills than this. You honestly believe she was incapable of an ounce of effort to say something different, do something different, behave differently enough for him to know the difference? Is "pressuring" someone rape? Is encouraging someone rape? You should be providing a clear explanation of why or how this could be rape. You declared it.

To add to this - you're reaching an age it's going to take more 1 on 1 attention. Not kids anymore, so you'll need to rely less on your group of friends and make sure you're flirting on your own. Take risks, have fun, talk to ladies in bars etc. Trust me though, it's easier to get laid now. Make sure you're making the effort and try for girls even older than yourself! You'll see the difference and understand the change.

oh man, i'm older (35), so lots of experience. Gets easier and easier. Women get more confident, care less what their friends think, gain experience, and realize that sex isn't a big deal. They're also better at detecting bullshit, get tired of douche bags, and will look for a different level of status....so you'll want to have your act together. Big one i noticed at that age, make sure you're dressed well.
