This is a really difficult thing to grasp, atleast it has been and even harder to practice for me, but the place to start...It's to let go. Be gentle with yourself, listen to positive speeches or talks. Get the positive vocabulary into your brains programming. Treat yourself like you would someone you love, develop that relationship.
