| 19 | Question backfires.I used to have a flatmate who was in and out of jobs quite a bit and I can honestly say the feeling of doing a 12 hour shift and then coming back to a complete mess is just depressing , I couldn't imagine having additional spare time and still leaving a mess everywhere. It's common decency for the people you live with - and if you're both working adults then you negotiate responsibilities.
