1	Wait you mean if there's evidence that proves it's a false allegation I can't just accuse him of rape to get out of a ticket?? That's bullshit. Police always have the ability to use discretion. No one is actively reviewing the tapes unless something like this happens. They're a safeguard for both the police and citizens.
