-1	Yeah It's not like men lost any of that, just their lives. "Primary Victims" Well, HRC and the Snopes article are not referring only to combatants, but war in general. I don't think anyone is doubting the degree to which servicemen give their lives. But the subject is not servicemen only, it is all victims of war. Overall, if I understand the data correctly, civilians are the primary victims of war. It is not the wives and children of the men who go off to war that suffer the most.
