10	409/409 people vote to increase the max penalty for FGM from 5 to 15 years in prison. Still legal to cut whatever you want off baby males. I've known someone who had it done as an adult and said there is no difference. That's the difference right there: Consent. I am not at all against circumcision. 5	Women with vaginal piercings to be classed as suffering from FGM - even where the women is an adult and has consented. But hack-off the foreskin of a male un-consenting infant and who cares - that is just male circumcision… and can be done just for fun. That's the only argument some people can come up with.
