Not providing a source just makes it look shoddy! Darn purge week.

You say ‘only 5 per year!’ but many, if not most of the people on the globe consider that level of sexual activity to be more than desired in a potential partner. This can be for many reasons, it comes down to your values.

I couldn’t tell if she went full-communist or was just angry..

Hypothetically it would work. After the men that consider assertive women ‘desperate’ have been counted out, each person a woman asked out would still go through the general vetting and process of dating. Then, decide whether she is worth one’s time.

Accurate, some women are fiends for that kind of thing....

Definitely. But it fades quickly if the girl does not feel the same way. Can leave you feeling miffed if you aren’t careful.

sounds like a good idea to me, and I’m a young single guy... vetting personality first before sex could save both parties a lot of trouble. This would probably only work for two fairly traditional people though.

I search for people with a similar mindset. Only made a mistake selecting my previous partner, the 2 others were quite good.

What about myself? I subscribe to a PPD mixture of ideas (some red some blue some black) and prefer to have only LTRs and nothing else. Ideally with as few women as possible before meeting my future wife. Does this justify having said preferences?

Necessary qualities: outgoing, intelligent, positive outlook, gratitude, good with deep conversation, openness to ideas, personally attractive to me, comfortable with affection, enjoys cooking together, gets along with my friends decently or better, respectful towards their own and my family. If potential wife: needs to share a vision for the future that is built up together over time, potentiating what both parties aim to have. (This changes over time and requires a constant state of awareness …

Copied my post from another thread, it is more relevant here. And yes, I would say I have a bit of a chip on my shoulder, but it’s only due to disgust towards the type person I was previously with. I had an experience a few months ago that could have seriously led me down TRP rabbit-hole, but I refuse to be as terrible of a person as the individual (woman) who did something to me. She is clearly not representative of women, just a subset, who lack decisiveness and mutual consideration. I come fr…

I had an experience a few months ago that could have seriously led me down TRP rabbit-hole, but I refuse to be as terrible of a person as the individual (woman) who did something to me. She is clearly not representative of women, just a subset, who lack decisiveness and mutual consideration. I come from a home community that’s 70%+ women, but within my social circles/university I’d say I spend 70%+ of my time with other men exclusively. At this point it’s clear to me what my needs in a relations…

This is why I pursue one person at a time. So, yes it can be. It cannot lead to success when one person believes they deserve more and the other person is being unappreciated.

The choice not to make a move reflects the man’s desire to avoid a high risk of potential conflict for a low chance at success. It is the ‘safe’ option that does not destabilize group dynamic, or cause unnecessary conflict (man asking vs another man with intentions, man asking vs woman who does not reciprocate). If the woman’s feelings are mutual, i think it would be unlikely to cause any harm to the social fabric. One would only hold themselves back from a potential relationship if they did not…

Why is it a requirement in your view?

Because I prefer not to fuck around with women that are not my type or crazy. Edit: also maybe because I’m a Scorpio lol

Obviously no one is entitled to sex. I think the waiting for putting out at the beginning of a relationship is not a bad thing, it shows restraint and a desire to get to know one’s partner first. Seem like wise decisions if the woman is making them. Also, sexual tension can build over this time and lead to a lot of fun.

I’m a 3 N-count young dude and I would prefer a lower N-count partner for some of the previously stated reasons. Also, there is a correlation between high N-count women and increased rate of divorce so that’s something to take note of. The more important part than N-count is fidelity, if they can maintain that, then they are golden :)

I had a strange sense of inner calmness telling me this would happen too. I am optimistic, and also know that I can crush a music teaching job with my degree that clocks 30-40/hour even without making any major career efforts. And I can choose my own hours, students, etc. This would offer work hours that are flexible, and off-times like summer to relax and enjoy my hobbies/fucking around. Might do that for 2 years or something.

Only trouble is finding a suitable gf, just got out of a 3 yr relationship with a more traditional girl who didn’t have a ton of money so needed to grind. She didn’t seem to like the idea of me doing this, and it had a big influence of her dumping me haha. I have always been a hard school worker and had social ‘clout’ in school etc. Now I’m more interested in enjoying the small experiences and things in life that bring good memories and satisfaction, just have to find another girl who feels the …

I’m just shy of 20 (M) and do have desire to ‘fuck off’ and explore a bit. At the same time however, I would like to do it for only a couple years max & id wanna be with a partner. Then, settle down and grind, hopefully having kids and working on home life a lot. I mostly have an innate desire for balance, and to find enjoyment in each aspect of life.

Wouldn’t care as long as the amount of men trying to suit her was really high. Having no one else interested could indicate introversion, or a variety of other factors that could lead to someone not dating much. There are no reasons to judge before understanding.

I’m not sure that things will dissolve to that extent, but I definitely understand the sentiment. I scoff at other European descendants when they cuck themselves for people of historically oppressed classes.. we are morally equivalent, not inferior to individuals whose ancestors were oppressed. Also, if communism does come full swing I’m outta here. I do thing the pendulum will begin to swing back towards moderate policy (at least in the USA). Canada (where I am) is most definitely heading in th…

Conflicted desire that’s fleeting and which I never act upon is a-ok. Seems to be the common sentiment I receive from men around me in relationships.

I think for one of these relationships to be successful, the opinion of the single male has to look kindly upon the child(ren). If it was the mother’s wildly irresponsible actions that led to the single parenthood (or unintended children), it’s unlikely that another well to do guy would respond positively in the relationship. I would definitely say this is a case by case situation.
