1	Simple tips for approaching optimal hormone profile Are you sure that soy and tofu needs to be avoided ? They contain fyto-estrogens for sure but few science-based articles that I read few months ago said that fyto-estrogens are protective against breast cancer because they competetively saturate the receptors but do not have the effect of the estrogen; on the other hand meat contains a lot of hormones ( especially chickens - there a a lot of young boys with gynecomastia) .
