Just further proof that you really shouldn’t rely on the advice of strangers on the internet

Was Prometheus well received? All the opinions I saw when it come out was that is didn’t make much sense (scientists taking off their helmets to see if they could breathe the air on an alien planet for example) and just generally wasn’t very good.

Are you arguing that blanket statements are a good thing? Obviously they are not. I can't believe that anyone would argue that they are! What's next, are you going to tell me we should be judging books by their covers?

Women are devastated when they actually have to take responsibility for what they do Kind of seems like a blanket statement

Right, you worked that job because you wanted to get paid. I don't see how women even come into this equation.

But part of the women's rights movement was to move to a dual income household. Shouldn't the increase in income allow men in that situation to be able to be more discerning when choosing a job? Also if you don't want to support a woman, don't support a woman. Let them support themselves.

Would you line up around the corner to take that job? I wouldn't. It's a crappy job. Let's be honest, very few people actually want those types of jobs.

Well sure, but let's be honest I don't want to work those jobs either. I don't see how women cause men to take those jobs. Sorry I'm not trying to be annoying, I just don't see the connection.

It's definitely bullshit that they left all that trash, but it's not like they specifically forced men to clean it up. That person cleaning just happens to be a man.

binge drinking and drinking past the point of intoxication are not really normal behaviors I am not saying this is a good thing, but this was absolutely a normal thing when I was in college (3 years ago).

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
