This is literally 2 exercises per day, 4 days per week. Only 1 exercise per body group. You really can't get much more beginner than that. And if the newbie says "fuck that", then he deserves to be fat, weak and undesired. None of the exercises I listed are complicated. The app jefit has gifs of every exercise you can think of, for fucks sake. It would take 10-15 mins max to learn what the exercises I listed are.
