If height is her only criteria to define a good man it’s no wonder she is divorced at such a young age.

The Tao of Steve. I think this must one of the original PUA movies, his 3 rules are still relevant today. Be Desireless, Be Excellent & Be Gone.

Spread the volume out over your week will yield more gains. So if you were doing 12 sets for back, split that either into two sessions per week. 6 on Monday, 6 on Thursday. Or you could do 3 sessions 4 Sets Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Start the total sets on lower side, work the sets up and DELOAD. GVT you would be better IMO doing 5 sets 10, then a few days later another 5 sets 10 except you would be fresher and would complete 5 sets of 10. When I done GVT it was 1st set good, 2nd set good, 3rd…

As in a full day split? Just make sure the volume is not too high on each day. Eg not 10 sets chest on every days. Keep the sets 3-4 per muscle group per day, anything more is too high and wasting your time. I like to hit each muscle twice a week, so it’s Push, Pull, Off, Push, Pull, Off, Off. 6 sets per workout for each muscle group. Eg Push Bench Press 3 Sets, Dips 3 sets, that’s 6 sets for chest. I’m then hitting chest again 3 days later with Flyes 3 sets and Close Grip Bench 3 Sets. So total…
