| 1 | 5 day bro split?Spread the volume out over your week will yield more gains. So if you were doing 12 sets for back, split that either into two sessions per week. 6 on Monday, 6 on Thursday. Or you could do 3 sessions 4 Sets Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Start the total sets on lower side, work the sets up and DELOAD. I’m then hitting chest again 3 days later with Flyes 3 sets and Close Grip Bench 3 Sets. So total… | /r/askTRP | 27/07/19 03:56 PM |
