I have a similar situation and opted to leave her the house and 2 kids behind and move back to my home country where it’s significantly cheaper and easier to rebuild my finances. Toughest part was the kids. I know I’ll miss them and miss their milestones. However I was not ready to live in poverty while the law forced me to pay someone most of my salary. Clearly you’re unhappy with your spouse and how children are being raised. Before you make the next move I’d highly recommend both of you to seek professional counseling. We all have blind spots about ourselves and it might be best to see from a different perspective. I’m not yet officially done but almost there. The depression is real especially thought of not seeing and guiding my boys every day. I had to make a very tough decision of moving back to my home country as I have better social support than US and I can push my remaining dollars further. If you have to make such demands from your spouse then something is really wrong. It may sound cliche but there are many women willing to give you more than your list without feeling obligated. Let it go while you still have time to rebuild your life. Sorry man.
