1	The total lack of parenting in dating. Not true all the time. My dad was barely in my life and I was taught nothing about dating but had relationships in middleschool and highschool. But after highschool though the last time I had sex was 19. I’m currently 23 so 4 years since then. 7	You can't earn a person’s affection through performing unrequested actions and then getting upset when they don’t give you what you want. The problem is keeping this in your mind and stop letting your subconscious work on your behalf. It’s easy to say you should/shouldn’t do a certain thing when you’re in the comfort of your home, but outside your mind can easily go auto pilot. When your body fat percentage is already low you have to eat at a huge deficit in order to shed the last few pounds.
