Red pill is nothing more than the model for understanding female nature. It used to be that it was irrelevant to do so. Today, it is critical.

Yep. Too many men have lived this reality. I have spoken with many at my local DHS, who know that the false accusation rate is close to 90%, but they are bound to the system and its inhumanity to man.

This is the way I read the trial, too. 20 years later with no evidence is a disturbingly low bar to convict for such a heinous crime. As I understand it he is appealing, which is his right, and also means that this is not done. If he did it, well then fuck him. On the other side of the token, if these three women colluded to secure conviction, then they should all automatically receive the same sentence he got, both legally and socially. Trouble is, only one of these outcomes are possible. Hell,…

One of the most important things in he-said she-said situations is integrity. A prosecutor will try to prove him a liar. That could be as simple as finding any contradiction in this story. Imagine part of his defense strategy is to take the stand and tell his story. If he says anything at all contradictory to any on record statement that he made anywhere, ever (including and especially in social media posts just like these) then guess what? His credibility is now shot. Given how he says it went …

You need to delete this and shut up. You are facing criminal charges. If you had a criminal lawyer worth his salt, he should have already told you to discuss the facts of your case with no-one. When you are quite literally fighting for your life, it is absolutely foolish to ignore this advice. The time to tell your story is when your trial is over. You have my sincerest empathy man, I know how bad it sucks. Hang in there.

100% of the existence of child support programs is centered around them, getting as much money as they can from the federal government thanks to title IV-D of the Social Security act. The more money that the child support, division orders, the more money they get from the federal government. It’s that simple. What this means is that a) someone must pay, and b) that person must pay as much as possible under the law. It is nothing more than a cynical cash grab scheme to ensure that the child is re…

Stoicism might help. Ask yourself: “can I control it?” If not, you have to find a way to let it go. If not, you are just wasting more of your resources. It really does suck. Between alimony, cs, and taxes, about 70% of my pay goes to the government. That isn’t right, but it is what it is, and what it is is unsustainable. Just warn the people you mentor how bad it can be. ‘Half your property’ argument is goddamn dumb. Knock it off. You married her, you shared your lives and estate. It is half hers. What’s actually stupid is the ongoing financial relationship and all of the bullshit that comes with family court and societal conditioning for women, coupled with ‘no(t her) fault’ divorce laws.

They really aren’t. I have wracked my brain trying to think of what relationship dynamic could exist that a woman would accept that doesn’t put my peace at risk, and there really is no good answer other than to trust someone that way again. This pays no mention to the fact that the few dealbreakers I have (and cannot compromise on) eliminate 95%+ of the market. Then there’s the fact that I’m under 6’. It’s just not in the cards I think. It’s more that when it comes down to he said-she said, integrity becomes paramount. Making ANY statement at all confounds your case and handcuffs your defense attorney, in the best case scenario. In the worst, it can prove you a ‘liar’ in the eyes of the court, which can be legally fatal. IANAL, but I’ve spent enough on them to be one.

I’m not reducing it at all. Women are also looking for emotional validation, men want a cheerleader and someone to add to their peace. That said, if sex or security disappeared from the relationship, I’d wager that north of 90% of people would walk.

The ‘half your shit’ argument is goddamn dumb. They are marital assets and she does deserve (in most cases) a portion of it. She at one point cared for you enough to say ‘I do’, and agreed to build the life you sold her. What she doesn’t deserve are laws that amount to ‘not her fault’ divorce, which allow her to simply say, ‘I changed my mind’, encourage her to be as lazy or even as uncooperative as possible as a partner, laws that encourage her to claim abuse/assault/rape/molestation and be rew…

Men should just focus on trying to find peace in their own lives, accepting the fact that society doesn’t care about them, understanding the fact that transformation is inevitable, and watching it play out naturally. When it comes to sex, the customer-product relationship is a yin-yang dualism. Both parties want something. If you find methodology detestable, then it is 100% within your control to not participate and, through reason, encourage your peers to do the same. Whil I think that marriage actually means something significant in terms of commitment, I recognize that there are valid reasons to leave a relationship. However, I think that the far, far, bigger issue is that government actually benefits from splitting up families. I would very much disagree. Most of the symptoms you lined out can be symptoms of a codependent relationship. Codependency can be fixed, but I would wager the majority of women in these cases want the easy out of blaming their partner for the symptoms without any self-awareness or introspection. As a father to a daughter, I have come to realize that the true misogynists are the ones that find it ok to use a woman only for sex. I don’t think much of the ONS/PUA community. I would argue the vast majority of single mothers do not. Most of the ones I dated just wanted to point the finger at their ex. The only way OP gets out of being a dad at this point is a miscarriage or abortion. For the sake of argument: If you're trying to get her to abort then I suppose you could have that conversation, if she says 'my body my choice' then I guess OP should then tell her 'my wallet my choice'. She'll most likely get incredibly upset with this, but hey you might be able to get her to even sign off on it, nice letter and all. That doesn't matter. If she ever thinks that she wants to change her mind, then…

Probably best you can do right now is get her to sign off on a 50/50 parenting plan. According to your own story, this woman raped you, then baby trapped you. It has not been my experience that women who do these things then turn out to be loving and supportive of the paternal filial relationship. I would talk to a family lawyer RFN. Good luck,

Most violence is perpetrated by men who grew up in homes without a father. A vast vast majority of mass shooters fit this bill. We have taken the tack that fathers can be safely expelled from the home for over 50 years. We have collectively said to fathers that they are more useful as ATM's than involved parents, and that their presence in the home is irrelevant. Over 90% of primary educators are female. Most children don't even have ANY male role models at all until they hit high school, let al…

at family will have to go through. Rude behavior and hate speech are not attractive behavior. I get what you are saying, but the most likely ways she will end up pregnant are inherently unhealthy. Most of toxic masculinity comes from boys who were raised without fathers. What value do you think her son will assign himself when he realizes his mom has such disdain for his gender?

Title IV-D provides incentive funds from The FedGov to establish and maintain a program. The federal incentive money is directly proportional to the amount of money that flows through the program. In most cases, the money goes to the several states’ general fund. It is in the States’ best interest to order as much child support and alimony as possible. Thankfully there are limits, but not in the way it should be. Many impoverished dads give 80-90% just trying to stay caught up.

Male disposability theory absolutely does make sense. Physiologically, men are best equipped to provide for and protect the tribe. It is right that men should die, to the last if necessary, defending a just and virtuous society. The only untenable thing with the theory is what happens when men are not afforded privilege contrasting the burden they must bear to ensure the survival of the species. MGTOW is the natural response to a society that proclaims to not need men for anything. Rebel Without…

Dude, seriously. Stop talking about this. You've been given great advice in this thread to hire a lawyer. Every statement you make on your case just handcuffs your attorney in terms of what they can do, and may even prove disastrous if you at any point contradict any of the statements you have made. I highly recommend that you screengrab your posts here and hand them to an attorney, because worst case scenario, EVERYTHING you are saying here (and even the posts affirming some of your facts) migh…

Openly discussing the facts of your case on a public forum is incredibly Ill-advised. Every single lawyer you hire will tell you this Some of the facts OP presented WILL be used against him in court, if it comes to that. OP needs to hire a lawyer and shut his mouth, he will have a chance to present his story through his lawyer or in court

No nuance my guy. Equal rights means equal responsibility. Stealing sperm should be a felony. 50/50 custody should be the norm. He should have the right to opt out on the same timeframe she does. Child support should be abolished and she should be responsible for providing for her own kids on her own time. When you are used to privilege, equality feels like oppression

Seems like your head's in the right place. Thanks for being earnest (It's important, I think someone wrote a book on it :P). Didn't read all the comments, but a few points that I didn't see mentioned that might be helpful: I honestly think so much of 'Toxic Masculinity' and violence is simply rooted in a dearth of healthy masculine influence in your young man's life. This becomes incredibly apparent when you look at statistics on men in schools (over 90% of teachers are female in primary school)…

She might very well use it as an instruction manual. This article is on point about the kind of nonsense that can be gotten away with in Family Court. In the states, the ‘best interest’ of the child means little more than .gov getting their Title IV-D cut. Plan and respond accordingly.

The irony is that the 'toxic masculinity' that appears to be the target of choice for prevailing cultural currents has a root cause in young men not having positive male role models in their schools, social settings, and most importantly, their home. The law has absolutely incentivized these outcomes. Bring men back to society and you will fix a lot of issues.

At the very least you should get a consult from an attorney right now. A few hundred bucks is a pittance compared to the challenges you face that others have pointed out if things go awry. Equal shared parenting has proven to result in the least amount of conflict in divorce cases. As a male survivor of extreme family court and domestic emotional abuse, I find the canard that ‘abuse victims will just fight harder’ offensive in the extreme. The court only cares about abuse when it helps its bottom line. That’s evil.

I have watched videos of judges and AGs testifying against shared parenting. Without exception, they cite the ridiculously sexist canard that ‘dads just don’t want to pay child support.’ At the root of all of this is that these individuals (who oversee family court) are testifying their own prejudice (for which they should be disbarred) and base it on their fear that the Title IV-D gravy train of free federal welfare will stop (some even openly admit it), which will impact the state’s bottom lin…

I don’t think so. The state has a vested financial interest in perceiving couples as being legally united, and case law supports it. The only protection a man has who wants to get married is moving to an at-fault state, getting married there, and staying there.

The issue there is fatherlessness too. Look at the rate of fatherlessness vs violence, there is a very strong correlation. Boys need to be taught to be men, by men, most importantly, by their father.

Incentive money is also based on the money that flows through the support program. It applies to both child support and alimony. The state is rewarded handsomely for ensuring financially lopsided outcomes, it’s why that any time abuse is alleged the judge will jump on it, regardless of truth or mitigating circumstances.
/r/MensRights23/05/22 01:15 AM

It’s actually far simpler than that. Abortion is about post conception rights. Women have 200% of those, while the man is forcibly stripped of his right to walk away (-100%)
