But it just starts to hurt when you feel reduced to only or even mainly that. In the end we are all human, men and women. We all want to be seen and loved for more than just a singular attribute of us. So while it doesn't have to be bad if a man sees a woman as physically attractive, he should like her for her character, intelligence, humor and so on too.
