You don't always get divorced in a court. You have to go to a priest to get a marriage annulled. If you go through a court and not the church you are still technically married and living in fornication if you "marry" someone else.

I don't know why I'm humoring contraceptives anyway. Just like abortion they are immoral because they prohibit a life from being formed. The purpose of sex is to create life and having it for other reasons leads to societies such as ours. Everybody in a relationship thinks they can trust their partner. Under marriage there are actual consequences for infidelity keeping the partners in check (losing in the divorce).

I think that only suggests "instinct" in humans is a much broader thing than we assume. It's human instinct that murder is wrong. The vast majority of humans intrinsically know it without having to be taught. It also just might be human instinct to rise up against oppression (whether real or perceived)

Look into Fatima if you never have and the related miracle of the sun. I don't find the secular explanation for the miracle convincing so I became a Catholic. It proves all 3 points in my eyes. Contraceptives sometimes don't work. I had a friend that was conceived when both contraception and a condom was used. You also don't know in today's society if a partner can be faithful unless you are married. This introduces STDs as a risk factor. Feminism is a byproduct of a wider problem of sexual degeneracy.

"Most people" are violating the teachings of the Roman Catholic church and are thus facing the repercussions of their sin. You should only be having sex in the context of marriage and if you hit a point in that marriage where you no longer have kids you should stop having sex. Sex isn't a requirement to live a healthy life. That's something sexual degenerates invented.
