| 2 | How to stand out as a mediocre guy?Just going off of “roughly 200k”. Monthly take home pay after taxes is $11,104. This wouldn’t include deductions for other things including health care. Did a quick search for available apartments for rent in Manhattan. Obviously this is without deep diving into the available spots…but it looks like studio/1br can average anywhere from 3.5-7k.
