This happened at work! I walked towards the cafetaria, saw a female coworker coming in through the door with some heavy boxes. I give her the sign to hold the door till I'm there. She almost falls over the boxes just to hold the door open for me. As I'm walking through she is panting telling me "next time I hope I don't fall". I just give a plain smile and walk through.

Try the book Bigger Leaner Stronger from Michael Matthew as a start to learn the basics. Another good book would be by Mike Rippetoe Starting Strength getting an insight of the mechanics. When it comes to training, I would suggest incorporating powerlifting. It's all about the progressive overload and the best way to achieve it is through lifting heavy which you'll do with powerlifting. I would recommend Johnny Candito either his lineair program or 6 week cycle. Goodluck!

That sounds awesome man! That's the kind of work I'll be doing after studying. I was always good in geometry and visuals. I've tried IT but didn't like it hence I believe CAD will be the perfect fit for me. I'm definitely here for a challenge. How's the flexibility tho, do you work from home sometimes and is your job mostly individual work or do you need to consult with engineers etc. for the modeling?

My grandma had my uncle just behind the door. App some guests were coming for a visit (unnoticed she watched them appear through the gates).
