Wait until he is 18. Don't give her any ammo.

So the alternative is to favor policies that are based in the belief that women and certain minorities are inferior to white men and therefore those groups need a "handicap" like in golf?

Glad to hear they didn't hurt your tiny feelings.

If it is a state university you can obtain an excel file of the University's list-serv. Then send out an email to every student.

Well if you are paying couldn't you demand visitation? And then when they are visiting take the child and get a DNA test done?

For better or worse, marriage is a partnership. If she is just a housewife, and there are no children, then I agree, "half" would be excessive. Also, if you had your assets prior to marriage, then she should not have a claim to them. If she has her own career, and there are records of deposits, etc.,, then the liquid should be split according to who made what. Assets purchased during the marriage (house, cars, boats, etc.) are part of that partnership and should be divided evenly as a rule. If y…

I don't believe in alimony. I believe in an equitable distribution of assets. Please read my post and tell me where I say I believe in alimony. No? I didn't say that? Oh ok. Fuck you for putting words in my mouth you self-righteous cunt.
/r/MensRights02/01/12 05:20 AM

Dude- in the situation you described it is a partnership. They are raising children together. She is saving the cost of housecleaning and childcare by doing it herself. This frees him up to work and earn. She gets half man. Sorry. -edit- Fuck alimony btw. I was referring to assets built up DURING the marriage.
/r/MensRights02/01/12 01:14 AM

Love how I got downvoted? Why is it that everyone feels that they are entitled to other people's money just because they fucked them? If they directly or indirectly contributed to earning that is one thing, but it has gotten ridiculous.
/r/MensRights02/01/12 01:11 AM

If the woman stayed home to raise the children (without a maid, without a nanny) then absolutely she is entitled to half. Marriage is a partnership after all. However, in a case where both spouses have careers, absolutely not. In a case like McCartney, where he was already wealthy when married, absolutely not. I also do not feel that Brand is entitled to a nickel of Perry's money, so with me it is less a gender issue and more of a "who actually earned, or helped to earn" the money. edit for reta…

This is why those who are falsely accused need to sue for every conceivable type of damage. No settlements with gag orders. Public civil trial, public penalties. Publicize everything about the case (public record). Chase the lying bitch to the ends of the earth for every dime she and her family have. Because we all see the damage done to the falsely accused. What about the damage done to REAL rape victims? Every lying whore increases the doubts that REAL rape victims have to face.

Yeah, like her getting jailed for the amount of time the false claims would have put him away for. That is the only way to stop this shit. Sentence the false accuser to the punishment they were trying to inflict on their victim.

It's called Start a company in your name only. Make sure most of your liquid assets are under the name of that company - I am not saying that this somehow magically protects you- but in the initial stages it puts up some barriers between the money and the woman allowing you to more efficiently follow step 3 When divorce is filed move all assets out of company account by making cash withdrawal into briefcase. Fly to Vegas and gamble for a day or 2 in front of witnesses who won't be able to testif…

Tell her she might have a point where institutionalized sexism is concerned. The concept of sexism is simply the belief that one sex is superior to the other.

Downvote me all you want fuckers. Culturally women have boundary issues when it comes to ripping on men. As prunella accurately states below- |no man in his right mind would do this directed at a women|. The double standard for this kind of shit is ridiculous. Hence my comment.

And if you somehow were able to do that (you definitely have made some assumptions about our relative sizes/fighting abilities/etc.) and you somehow got me pregnant (not sure how that could happen- but hey, science) then you would be cool paying me for the next 18 years and never getting to see the kid?

In this case he can and should sue her in civil court. This is no different than if she falsely accused him of plagiarism or theft. Sue her for millions and let the precedent influence the behavior of folks in the future.

Ok, Fraud then. Point being, if you make false claims for financial gain at the expense of another, there has to be a way a lawyer can argue that.

I don't understand why this isn't the case already. Under the current system- if a woman falsely names a man as the father does he have grounds to sue for libel?

Most of us do. Fuck you if you're a cop. (Not because you are a cop, but because you are a cop making a comment like this). You're job is to protect and serve. WE PAY YOUR FUCKING SALARY! How's it feel for one of the sheep to say that to you when you can't ticket him or beat him? Huh? YOU FUCKING PIG.

Wait, she is sort of hot. I know we are upset about the double standard and all, but when I was 15 I wanted to fuck half of my female teachers. She deserves a medal. (Also this is England, where the age of consent is 16 anyway).

So your single contradictory example refutes the research? Note the numbers were 75% initiate and 80% unexpected- So basically 60% of all divorces are initiated by the woman and unexpected by the men. Majority. Your family fell into the other 40%. Ok, great. That does not invalidate anything. Let's randomly grab 99 other people and you'll see the numbers play out.

And you're continued debate is relevant to the overall topic how? Perhaps I should have clarified, but I was referring to the simple fact that without a paternity test a man assumes the offspring is his and pays for it. A woman is never in that position, so she does not have to shell out cash for years if she doesn't want to. Oh, and go fuck yourself.

Ok. So a woman cheats on her husband, has a kid, and the husband thinks it's his. How is your example even in the same ballpark? In your scenario the woman obviously knows it's not her fucking kid and can do something about it if she chooses.

So if his wife chooses to leave him what then- does she still have to pay for the child he had with another woman? Also- note that it is HIS money here. NOT hers. If the mistress sued HER I would see your point.

Excuse me? How is Israel not essentially part of America? If we don't back Israel do you really think we get hit on 9/11?
/r/MensRights12/02/11 06:52 AM

Sorry, that would be Israel. I base this on the fact that Israel has its own Senators (at least one- Lieberman).

Brilliant. Leave it as part of the battery of tests. Make it like 5 forms you need to fill out to opt-out. That way it's a hassle, and a woman won't have such an easy time saying "oh don't bother". Bottom line, if a guy cheats, it may lead to divorce, but the woman isn't stuck PAYING for the product of the affair financially. That is what this is about. Men should not have to pay for kids that aren't theirs if they don't want to.

Tell her she's fat. Seriously. Tell her "Look, I get it, you're fat. You put on all this weight and you don't know how to handle it. No need to take it out on everyone else." After that make oinking and snorting noises whenever she opens her mouth.
