What has caused men to become so thirsty? Getting a genuine compliment from a woman you don't know (without her wanting a favor of some kind...) is quite rare and not something the average guy experiences a lot. This probably leads a lot of guys to think that the intention behind the compliment is far more serious than it actually is. After all, women get compliments all day long for every little thing and can't comprehend that men doesn't experience the same. I can barely remember the last time…

Probably disguised as something else (payment for goods or services, leasing of an apartment and similar stuff) I would guess.

That's true, but if you can rake in a lifetime salary in a couple of years you can pretty much coast through the rest of your life very comfortably after your beauty is gone. Not that I trust any of those airheads to actually manage their money properly over time though... The real idiots are of course the guys throwing money at women like this. WTF is wrong with you people?!

It is scary to see the guy now being labelled as a rapist - something that was never the issue in the allegations at all. While I don't agree with several of his key values at all, the way this has been handled by those who oppose him (and the media) is beyond ugly. The end justifies the means for some people, I guess. As long as it is happening to someone you dislike and not one of your own...

“I would have preferred him to have taken a finger than to have shaved my head.” How's that for perspective...

This is spot on. If you are happy and like your job a lot they will pay you as little as they can, knowing that you won't leave for something else.

Wow, they are mindblowingly helpless.

Somewhat related to the Missing white woman syndrome. When a young female disappears it often results in huge media coverage. When a young man disappears in similar circumstances it rarely gets noticed at all.

Yep, see it all the time on social media. Spends hours doing makeup and hair before taking a selfie, don't bother spending two minutes cleaning up the mess in the background before taking said photo.

I have lived with a few girls in my time, not a single one of them has ever been remotely interested in doing their part in keeping the house nice and tidy. They simply don't care. But then again, I might be an idiot magnet attracting useless girls of course.

Matches the ridiculous eyebrows and butt ugly eye makeup though.

Spot on. Have a few female friends that are not in gender studies (but have chosen typical female routes in education) that voice the same concerns as the women in the cartoon. When I ask them why they themselves did not enter into any of the fields they say women are underrepresented in the answer is always the same: I have no interest in that field whatsoever...

The big dissonance when it comes to being 'a nice guy' is that it doesn't really play a part in if a girl likes you or not. A lot of people are led to believe that how you treat a girl is important for her potential attraction to you. But it rarely is. I don't think it is strange that people get disappointed when they have spent wasted their best years doing what their mothers, sisters and female friends have told them is a key part in getting a woman interested in you. And then one day realize …

That evil cackling laugh... at a man that sees his whole future crumble. Raising a child is a big huge deal that both parents should agree on and not something that should be taken as lightly as this.

Sarah spoke openly about the financial and emotional pressures of having a large family Who would have thought that adopting 6 children and having a partner that largely stays at home would cost a ton of money...

don't ever think that the more love you show a woman means the more she will love you back The older I get, the more I realize that this is spot on. Sadly this is in the "If I only knew this back in the day" category for most guys, me included.

"First time getting ghosted". And so salty. She'd probably kill herself in less than a month if she experienced the other side of the coin as a man.

I believe The Big Bang Theory is one of the few shows today that is actually taped in front of a live studio audience. But they probably add a bit of canned laughter on top ever so often.

This is just a phase - or flavor of the month, if you will. She will find something new 'to believe in' when she gets tired of this. Girls are rarely able to commit to anything for more than a year or two at best.

This. Why anyone would pay in a way that can't be properly documented when the shit hits the fan somewhere down the road baffles me.

9 out of 10 times I hear something negative said about a woman there is another woman behind that statement. Women are their own worst enemy but somehow fail to realize it.

This. The difference between how people respond to self inflicted stuff like this, depending on the sex of the 'victim', is truly remarkable.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
