A good used twin cylinder bike in the sub 500cc are a would be a great start. There are many options these days that cover whatever aesthetic you prefer. Once upon a time if you wanted a sport bike, young guys would buy a "little " 600cc in line four. NOTHING little about them. They are supercar fast with a higher learning curve!

It is hands down the best bike I have ever owned. It is my daily driver, rain or shine. The finish has held up being parked at my office in the weather but it sleeps in a carport.
