Lots of cheap jabs or hand wringing about equality in this comment section, not a lot of people realizing this should be celebrated. Women have unique benefits from being women. Men have unique benefits from being men. Either mens rights is a "zero sum" movement or we can consider a novel social concept which just so happens to primarily benefit the opposite sex.

I assume all hires are equally stupid; I teach everyone equally. Years ago an young lady didn't like that I was educating her in a public setting, which I also do for the benefit of everyone. She had a sit down with her line manager afterwards where she tried to accuse me of mansplaining and belittling her competence. Also, fuck the image on the left. When a person is acting stupidly, they need to be told they are being stupid. Notice that sentence is irrelevant of gender. It's not abuse to want someone to be and do better. The image just screams "Reeeeeeeeee why can't you just love me for my faults because I don't feel like fixing them!"
