Women have unique benefits from being women. Men have unique benefits from being men. 3	Mansplaining 101 I assume all hires are equally stupid; I teach everyone equally. Years ago an young lady didn't like that I was educating her in a public setting, which I also do for the benefit of everyone. Notice that sentence is irrelevant of gender. It's not abuse to want someone to be and do better.
