Women are so afraid of commitment that they have removed any pretense of it from the marriage arrangement. Commitment: an engagement or obligation that restricts freedom of action It’s obvious how men are restricted when they get married. How is it that women are restricted? The inconvenience of having to file a no-fault divorce? Until the rules of the game are fixed, the only winning move is to not play the game.

Parental programming? For sure, they are Catholic. I do believe in universal truth and divine justice. Social pressure? I would say I don't care much for the desires of a profoundly broken society. I do care for what is truly right, and I have trouble adding to the social mess, even to get my needs met. There doesn't appear to be much of an alternative now though. Guilt and shame? I read NMMNG a few years back. The story hits a little too close to home, so I'm sure it's applicable. I understand …

Thanks for the post. I found it interesting. I also ran across Doc Love in 2005 (R.I.P, he died recently). I spent 1 year trying to put the system into practice, but my blue pill ideals were still too strong, and my ego got in the way. By 2006 I had enough, and I focused on work solid for 8 years after. I consider the Doc a proto-redpill, and the knowledge certainly made the modern red pill much easier to digest. My big problem is that I keep trying to purple pill things; I did it then, and I'm …

It was an IBD surgery, not cancer, although I have a family member that survived colon cancer for 20+ years. I'm 3 years past my surgery, in my 30s.

One doc took over 30 biopsies, so it was a bit sore. Nothing too noticeable. I've also had a major bowel surgery; That was a big deal. I hope you don't have to go through that man! If you do, know that there are people out there that make it to the other side. The new Polyethylene glycol (PEG) prep isn't nice, but it's also not too bad. The salt is in there because you need to drink around a gallon, and you need electrolytes. The old prep that I used over a decade ago, sodium phosphate, was the …

Thanks for your reply. I’m looking to scripture as a guide, and I don’t expect to find any absolution there. The only true absolution is a gift from the Holy Spirit. Sexual interaction of course exists on a large continuum up to intercourse. There is a clear effort by many in the church to read sin into any and all elements of sexual interaction outside of marriage, including kissing and hugging for too long. One thing is for sure now; I don’t feel guilt anymore over a boner. Jesus was very clea…

As far a science goes, I like to entertain 2 or 3 theories at once. That way, I can be more objective in finding the truth. As for morality though, the whole point is for it to direct my life and behavior.

I believe it does in about 10 places. For example 1 Corinthians 7-2: Nevertheless, because of sexual immorality, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband.

Ptolemy’s model of the solar system is just about as old, and I reject it outright because I can see it’s provably wrong. I have read the bible in total, and I see too much useful information in it to reject its morality without serious reflection.

Thanks! Trust me, my little head is a slave to my big head. That said, it is still there. Too much denial leads to compromised health, so I’m seeking a healthier balance in a sinful world.

For me, Mrs. Doubtfire was a major red pill. It showed that being a good father means very little when your wife gets the tingles for 007 chad. Right at the beginning of the movie, he quits his job because he stands on principle, refusing to promote cigarettes to children. Throughout the movie, he was a loving father to all 3 of his children, but that didn't matter. Everything was plain on display: feminism, careerism, family court garbage, hypergamy, and the raw treatment men get today. I'll an…

Just about every one of us was a blue pill, some of us for longer than others. The rose makes me think he is not talking about the movie. A high-profile redpilling would be a welcome development in clown world.

Being debt free and in control of your own life puts you in a very uncommon position. More than half of people are unable to produce $500 cash for an emergency. Give up my freedom for a situation that can change on a dime? No thanks.

But did the bubble fully pop, even if we are past peak misandry? Unfortunately, not fully. The reason for this is that 10 years ago, it was inconceivable that we would not have another recession within the next 10 years, as the next recession will surely destroy many types of 'feminism'. The money-printing from the Federal Reserve allowed government spending to continue past a point far greater than old models could have predicted (no one thought we could get to $23 Trillion in a National Debt w…

'alpha game' can save western civilization. This is the biggest unanswered question I have after reading his first book. The central theme in the Rational Male is plate theory. He also acknowledges pair-bonding, and says you must vet sexual history before marriage. Even if you concede that spinning plates can lead to a strong stable marriage, how can all of the broken plates produce a stable society? Most MGTOWs don't care, asking for a friend...
