Good man, discipline those children(women).

Once you view women as the children that they are, any and all hate should vanish. The problem is these guys are still projecting their male brain on to a female one and that's just a recipe for unnecessary hatred. The problem isn't women, it's all the cucks/beta males that allow women to get away with bad behavior and let feminism/gynocentrism dictate the culture. Women can be quite wonderful and pleasant if they are raised right, they're not all corrupted.

Look Dr. Jack Kruse on youtube, there are other ways to lose weight and other reasons for not losing weight besides calorie deficit.

That's rough dude, good thing you're tough. Not trying to be weird or nothing but look up Dr. Jack Kruse's work; I have some similar health issues and his advice has helped a ton.

Your nutrition part needs to include seafood(oysters are best) for omega 3 fatty acids that can help relief depression substantially. Also if you can handle raw seafood its even better because cooking oxidizes the fat, at the very least cook it lightly. I Have also read most fish oil supplements go rancid after sitting on shelves and from not having the nutrient components needed to prevent oxidation as well.

You should use the word, "uncontrolled", instead of, "irrational"; wanting things, whether it's love, cake, or Netflix is not irrational, however giving in to these things when the time isn't right or in an imbalanced/incorrect way, that's the problem.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
