If you’re in uni, join a society, and the clubs that are available pronto. If not, join another club, find a hobby, start doing it. You’ll make friends Also conversation tip that I use daily. I like to talk about the other persons favoured topics more than my own, ask a question about a topic they like, then have a conversation around that, really easy.

Mate, a cbt therapist would work well. Sometimes you just need somebody to talk to and help you change perspective when you get stuck in your head. I went for anxiety and it really helped set me on a much better path, cos it showed me how biased and distorted my thinking could be. Also there's no reason to suffer in silence. It can be pricey but if you make the most of it, it can really help, things really changed for me when I started examining biases in thinking, such as assuming the worst abo…
