23	Mortgage question Make her buy you out and also refinance in her own name taking you off the mortgage loan. If she’s not willing then sell the house and each of you take your half of any proceeds. Housing expenses aren’t part of the formula but if she decides to cut back on work because her new husband is rich doesn’t mean her income shows it’s reduced.
