"and at the end of it a confession and further evidence was dismissed and the matter dropped despite the fact that I actively asked the school to NOT expel the students but instead mediate and publicly apologize and dispel the rumors." I too had this happen, and during the 'administrative violence/abuse' was being used on me, even though, under oath, my ex impulsively screamed out what really happened, therefore PROVING HERSELF WRONG, I again, had asked for a peaceful mediation/resolution to thi…

What's interesting is that I've actually caught one of them following me...

Thanks for sharing the story sssimasnek. That's terribly saddening and sickening.

Indeed, the lesson is to not play nice when placed in an adversarial position.

Indeed. So I've been reading lately regarding the anger.

Every lawyer wanted to go for their jugulars. I wanted to do things in a more peaceful, less damaging way. Not to destroy lives and families. But it was apparent that they were out to do those exact things to me. Tried to ruin my life, on so many levels.

You're right. They didn't stop all of the psychotic acts (some of which I've mentioned in another comment reply) until the cops got involved. Thank you so much for the post.

Thanks for the comment. Some wise owls did tell me to run, to stop wasting my life and resources over this girl. Perhaps cutting my losses is the way to go, since I no longer have enough resources myself to fight for my rights in a civil court manner. The only viable options for the current time are to walk away, or to press criminal charges.

You're right. A mentor told me to press and don't look back. That this is all madness. Facts will only matter in criminal court, unlike the sickening family courts.

Yeah, I've caught them on video, as well as notified the police, that they were following me, staying out in front of my apartment late at night and looking into my windows during the day. The random hidden ID calls, the smear campaign they ran was spread throughout to my business, religious, and governmental communities; even people back home from grade school called me up on the same day the others from the other communities asked me wtf was going on. Truly psychotic. It all only ended when th…

I didn't have a lawyer the first time, because they all wanted to go for her jugular... and I didn't want that, I just wanted a peaceful resolution, so I went to the 'ex-parte' trial without one; but now it seems like I have no choice. I only hired an attorney for the appeal to the appellate courts. Even though she had no attorney herself, and no brief or paperwork filed, I STILL LOST.

Thank you so much for the reply. Does 'Administrative Violence' mean that people use and abuse the system, hiding behind regulations, when in fact they are the actual transgressor/perpetrator?

My lawyer won't answer any more questions unless I seemingly pay him first... even after his failures... DA seems like the only way to go. It was so messed up at court that day, that even the court marshals even tried to comfort me; as they had witnessed the atrocity and injustice that had happened.

Thanks for the suggestion. A friend suggested that too, but it has gotten so complicated and messy, I just wanted to move on, I even told the police that. They said I was way too nice. But that was until I received some more bills... You think I should file the criminal type of protection orders against them? Those I think are more complicated and will have to involve the District Attorney.

Thank you for the reply and advice. Can't even protect myself, because the law here requires the person to surrender firearms when an Order of Protection has been filed against them.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
