Endurance training does not build as much muscle mass as (heavy) resistance training. For optimal health you'll need to do both. If you have to choose one, choose resistance training. It is the best thing you can do for your bone strength and muscle mass, while it will also increase your cardiovascular health. Endurance (either long or short) training is by far the best option for your cardiovascular health, but for the basic needs, weight/resistance training will do just fine.

In addition to what others have said (calcium, take more vit D, take oil-based form) you need to take the pill max 30 min before a meal. This will also solve the non-oil based form you might have.

There is nothing wrong with beginners starting with just the bar to get the form down, especially if they are particularly small and weak.

I keep telling peope this quote recently: also, while we're on the topic of mistakes noobs are making, AWALT does not mean all women act exactly the same - this isn't the Clone Wars. AWALT refers to the fact that all women are biologically driven by the same impulses. Just like a normal healthy straight man sees an attractive woman on the street and would like to have sex with her, a normal healthy straight woman will be attracted to a man that she perceives as having strong alpha qualities and …

TRP communicating and bluepill communicating are very very different.

Alot. Of course there are going to be exceptions but by far the majority of women will want a man thats taller then them.

Hmm, i'm saying that trp would call communicating with your partner stupid. Edit: wouldn't**

To be honest, no. Out of personal experience i would say ~50% could be described like that. This is something that you'll encouter alot. You cant generalize all the people who read and post trp. Its many different views combined. However, I would agree with you and say that the EC (especially the higher the 'rank' goes) are accurate of the general views of trp. However many people who read and post trp only agree with certain parts of that general view. English isnt my first language so i hope y…

How would I know your expectations? Most men dream of a romance where the woman will love them no matter what. While the 'harsh' reality is that if you cant provide, be the rock, and maintain attractive behavior she will eventually fall out of love and break-up or cheat.

Yes, there are exceptions to everything.

Yes, of course. A successful marriage/relationship is a combination of many factors. Communicate no, 'trust' yes. Mainly because of 'AWALT'. Here's a quote that describes awalt pretty well: also, while we're on the topic of mistakes noobs are making, AWALT does not mean all women act exactly the same - this isn't the Clone Wars. AWALT refers to the fact that all women are biologically driven by the same impulses. Just like a normal healthy straight man sees an attractive woman on the street and …

Exactly. The expectations of love and romance from men are unreasonable to begin with. That is the whole point.

The problem is that the majority of 'Rpers' arent or dont feel part of that community. I've read and saved this quote, i cant remember who posted it though. "The Red Pill is not a fucking club. It's a bunch of guys posting shit on the internet. It's information. It's stories. It's theories. It's even opinions. Nobody cares if you identify as a Red Piller or not. It's not as though you can't work out, become confident, and get your dick sucked unless you agree with taking voting rights away from …

Yes, there are exceptions to everything. Most of the time when TRP says (all) women do X, it means that a majority of women do X. There are 3.5+ billion women on earth. Its impossible to generalize all of them.

Basically, what I think he's saying is that mutual respect, love, loyalty, and kindness without attraction will result in a relationship becoming a friendship, which will lead to a dead bedroom. Causing much sexual frustration for both parties, which results in an unhappy marriage. TRP advocates becoming and staying attractive mostly through self-improvement. To stop the previously described situation from happening. But thats just my 2 cents.

I'm sorry, but i'm new and English isn't my first language, and i'm having trouble understanding your comment. Could you maybe explain it in a simpler or in a different way?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
