2	anyone wanna talk? I'm in a similar situation as you at the moment, but I'm slowly just trying to improve one thing at a time, my overall health, opening my first business, etc. For me what helps is taking some time to myself just to think and maybe do some kind of activity that is unrelated to the things im trying to accomplish, but I make sure not to take too much time because I could easily start procrastinating.
