That's exactly why I stopped working prisons. The inmate to guard ratio was WAY off and, quite literally, the animals are in charge of the zoo. Oh, believe me, women's prison is no better. In fact, in some ways it's a hell of a lot worse. I had a buddy tell me he had to run a woman to the ER in the middle of the night once because her room mates decided they didn't like her hair. They set it on fire and sodomized her with a piece of the bed while holding her down. In prison, if you're the one on the pedestal - you're also the one with a giant f'ing target on your back. The majority of incarcerated prisoners are there for nonviolent crimes? Nearly 60% of prison inmates serving a year or more are there for violent crimes. They are in prison... 99% of which are there for valid and horrible reasons. I used to work at a correctional facility in Indiana, and trust me, most of the inmates get better care on the inside than people do working their asses off on the outside.

They are both of consenting age. The teacher worked at a middle school - and unless this kid was dumb as a box of rocks - at age 18 he was WELL outside of middle school range. There is nothing here.
