Logistics will be your biggest problem. Specifically, sex locations. Do it in the car, do it in a cheap hotel, do it at her place. Never say you live with your parents either, just mention they are asshole roommates or something.

Hope you don't mind a few critiques: I'm going to give you less credit than others, since I assume you're good looking (she commented that you must work out a lot) which makes pick up much easier. That being said, I think you should use pauses more and slow down your speech, using a deeper vocal tonality. I've read about "Yes, and" within two contexts: ladder theory & cold reading. In terms of using it in ladder theory, creating a yes ladder with a woman is a great way to build rapport. You and I differ immensely on what is considered "bad behavior" by women. Why call a woman who is sexual a slut or whore? A guy who has had a lot of partners is a stud, while a woman is a slut?
