I believe that there are people out there who are having a bad run of dating and get stuck in an Incel mindset. I doubt i would use the term "many" though. You're right. Better food and exercise is just a part of the cure. A big one for self image, but just part. Should also get some hobbies and find your own interests. Picking up a hobby and getting good at it does wonders for confidence imo. Though, doing these things to get a relationship is stupid anyway.
