Some parking garages have these in front of the handicapped spots, you know, the ones for people with disabilities who actually do need special treatment...Oh wow, didn’t they know they existed in the us. I see their reasoning but it honestly won’t work, which rapist is going to see a sign, stop what they’re doing and change their ways.
