Yeah, that's not right. I would feel more awkward about someone offering me a seat when I have no physical reason on why I can't stand. I'd probably just get annoyed to myself then either accept the seat and call you over or point out that maybe the person carrying a baby could use that seat. I've carried my nieces and it can put a strain on anyone. If someone could use the seat more, then let them have it.. Yeah, any abled bodied person is fine to stand for awhile. There is no reason for people to make this about gender. If I see someone in physical discomfort I would offer up my seat, it doesn't matter on there gender. Even when I'm injured I don't ask someone to give up there seat, I would take it if offered though and be very thankful. Being a woman doesn't make me less able to stand. If I get a seat then that's great but I won't ask someone to give up theirs, that places someone on the spot.

Yeah, people are hypocrites. It's not something to be jealous of if it's being done right. I will probably never be a SAHM, but there is a good possibility that my partner will be a stay at home dad. Yeah, I'd be a bit jealous but my job is more stable with better pay, and I would rather us plan for what's comfortable. I grew up in a conservative province. The only time that I saw topless women in public was two provinces away at a music festival. It's also illegal in my Canadian province under public decency. If a woman is truly interested they aren't going to complain. My first date with my partner was a walk. He may have bought me and my friend a coffee or ice cream a bit later, but I offered to pay as well. Gender, race, age, weight, etc. Equality is getting pay that reflects the work that you put in (quality, and capabilities as well). If someone can't reach the jobs requirements, they aren't fit. While we have room for women's sports, it isn't the most viewed. I'm biased though. I went into a "male's career", and always did well. The competitive side of me probably helped.

I've seen this same thing happen (both guys), and it definitely didn't get physical. The victim just berated the person and made them super embarrassed. It was a lot more mature than this. Yea, I'm too paranoid. A person forgets it's there and now everyone has seen you naked. I've definitely come across nudes while helping someone with their computer at work. Thankfully they didn't see me stumble on it, so I just continued doing my work. It would be a bit awkward otherwise.
