1	People are finally waking up You are actually very wrong. We have laws against filling a report without just cause. She can spend months to years in jail OR pay a fine (judges decision based on the situation at hand). Actually is almost certain that her lawyers (if she can afford then and if they accept defend her- since they are dropping the case because of the lies) will ask for the fine and the accusation for a couple of years in jail.
