Right, if there was a magic pill, it's safe to say even NGO would stop focusing only on women for 30 seconds to swallow the pill. There is no magic pill. That means it would be hard slow work that would require dedication and faith in the outcome. I'm not saying that it's guaranteed to work. I'm saying that it's the only way it has ever worked. Picking a different strategy is far from reasonable.

You're applying Occam's Razor to a biased selection of the known facts. You want to believe that she's lying so you take a couple of facts out of context and then apply Occam's Razor to get to the conclusion you wanted. The missing fact is that DAS, suing sony/kesha is the one that specifically asked, with details about Luke's rape of Kesha. Simplest explanation, it did happen but it was against Kesha's best interests at the time to testify to it.

You lack perspective. She has no intention of passing that law. She is in no way attacking men. She is doing the typical "swap the genders" defense against sexual discrimination. Republican lawmakers have repeatedly attempted and occasionally succeeded at requiring this kind of thing from women before they can get contraceptives or get an abortion. I 100% support this tactic. I give 50% that this story is fake. A whole family of man haters, that puts them square in the camp of "what does it matter if in our case it's true or not, the truth is that this sort of thing happens all the time."
