1	CEO of Reddit: Ellen Pao says she "weeds out" candidates who don’t embrace her priority of building a gender-balanced and multiracial team. She has also has removed salary negotiations from the hiring process because studies show "women don’t fare as well as men." The ONLY equality is results. A company that truly wants to be EQUAL will put aside all the crap we SAY will not affect getting a job and actually start hiring the best people. If I need 10 of the best paramedics in the country and those 10 all happen to be black females, so be it. If the ten best applicants happen to be 10 thirty year old white guys from upper middle class families, so be it as well.
