It’s not a rocket science; rocket science is relatively easy.

Congratulations, you described how the evolution works. Same applies to college (100 years ago having college degree was cool because it was automatically putting you in top 5% of people by education/ intelligence / grit etc). Why does that bother you? Embrace it.

But they wouldn’t want to be disturbed, I’m sure? Since they come there to watch a game or talk to their group of friends? You can’t be seriously expecting this.

I’ve been in bars many times [in my life], like 4-5 times a year, where I order food and drink, watch some game, pay and leave. What do you mean “approach in bars?” Never done it. How does it even look?

also, 200k in Sacramento and 200k in the heart of Bay Area are entirely different things.

Dude I totally get you but most people think that those living with parents are 90% losers and ambition-less bums, and they ain’t gonna take a chance you are smart motivated and financially savvy guy who gathers down payment money.

Just like weight loss. Eat healthy, lift, sleep 8h / day, reduce stress and alcohol.

Most men probably won’t notice any “glances at his lips” as some commentators suggest, that’s nowhere close to “obvious” sign for us.

What makes men you listed as example type “high quality”?

Also getting nice clothes can be hard even if have enough money, if you simply don't have sense of style and don't understand what "good clothes" means you can be top-earning man, tall, in a good shape and so on and still not be successful with women.

Being in a top 1% income-wise is not hard too, sure. Study hard in school and aim for solid college. Attend it and get degree in computer science, law, finance or medicine. Start working in well known large companies and build up your career from there. One can say the same about being athlete etc.

I mean ambitions and goals word when you are 20-25, you can’t be ambitious and broke at 45 without raising eyebrows?

If we are talking 22-25 yo that’s one thing, 30+ another. As a man I would not want to date someone who has ZERO money (unless they’ve been through major recent unexpected struggles in which case I’ll understand ), since in my eyes having zero money points to personal traits and behaviours I don’t like.

Actually, why?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
