| 22 | How Much Muscles Matter - Proven By StudiesThe Royal Society study is utter bullshit. Just aim for (height in cm - 100)kg of body weight at 10% body fat and you will be good for 95% of women unless you make them feel insecure about their own body. https://www.researchgate.net/publication/6258161_Why_Is_Muscularity_Sexy_Tests_of_the_Fitness_Indicator_Hypothesis More muscle is not better, should you go beyond your natural limit your attractiveness will drop, unless you only like steroid using women. | /r/BlackPillScience | 01/03/19 05:41 PM |
| 10 | How much muscle do I need to build in order to look good at 10%?https://bonytobeastly.com/ectomorph-aesthetics-full-article/ To look good for women aim for 175-190lbs at 8-12% body fat. | /r/BlackPillScience | 23/02/19 02:19 PM |
| 13 | Optimal body fat percentage for attractiveness in men? From my experience I would say 8%. You have a defined face with hollow cheeks, a lean body and still have interest in women. Should you go below 8% it becomes really hard to maintain if you dont use steroids and even with steroids it takes real work. Plus you pretty much lose interest in women altogether should you go below 8%. | /r/BlackPillScience | 21/02/19 01:46 PM |
