Blah blah blah. You know that’s not what the OP was getting at.

Because I feel comfortable enough to open up to my girlfriend. Because I can be honest with her. And I know she won’t put me down or judge me. She gets the 100% genuine full version of me. If that’s sad then so be it. But we are both happy with being ourselves around each other and not judging one another.

Thank you! Look, fact is physical attraction is everything to MOST people. People are just too short sighted and ignorant to know better. People can either lie about it and clutch their pearls when someone is honest. Or they can face reality. I'm a confident person to the outside world. I believe in myself. But to my girlfriend I'm the most insecure guy in the world. Confidence has not made one lick of difference in my love life. Neither has my personality. I've been nice to women and have been …

Quite the mental gymnastics you are doing. Only someone mentally ill or a fool would take any of those things as “confidence.” Confidence in dating DOES. NOT. MATTER. But believe what you want.

Laugh all you want. I’m good. But for those of us who live in the real world looks are everything for most people when it comes to dating unless you have status or money. You’re right obesity is an eliminator but usually it is the only factor that is taken into consideration. USUALLY. And yes, they only liked me because I was fit. Unless you’re calling those women liars. Here’s the deal confidence is a dealbreaker in a TON of situations, I need to have confidence when I’m boxing or I’ll get eate…

In regards to what he is saying. Absolutely it’s different with heterosexual couples. I have been obese and I have been in great shape. Guess which one people liked? My personality did not change because I am already confident in myself. Not an incel, but as a society the lies we tell are pretty Bs. Confidence doesn’t mean jack in dating unless it’s your lack of it is debilitating. Personality doesn’t mean anything either, it just helps you maintain a relationship. With MOST people (obviously th…

Why would you do that? I thought the red pill said that you shouldn’t shower at all since women are attracted to the scent of alphas?

Some parts of hygiene absolutely. Other parts were not so obvious.

No. Stop it. You’re not going to tell me what I was or wasn’t told growing up. This is what I was told.

Well recognize that those people and the media are full of losers and be sure not to do it in your own life. Find the right person and you won’t have to deal with that. The right woman can definitely take criticism.

Completely agree. Personally, I believe the only way to move forward is for men and women to have open and honest discussions together, not expect anything from each other, and to experience life together. But some people are closed off to this.

I notice you're on the defensive already. This post is NOT attacking women. It is a genuine question. I'm not redpill, mgtow, or an incel. I haven't ever lost my marbles on women for having preferences and I do not get defensive over not being someones type. However, in my experience as well as in the experience of MANY other men (there a books about this) a lot of women are not upfront about what they want. Why is that?

It's a crappy position to be in for both sides. The best thing these men can do is surround themselves with women in every area of life. That's what changed me. I've met incredible and awful women in professional, platonic, casual, and romantic settings. It was the best thing to have ever have happened to me. Women are just people they will never complete my life, but they do add beauty to it.

Look. Are you looking for love or sex? If you are looking for just sex then "just be yourself" is horrible advice. If you are looking for sex look at social norms for what constitutes an attractive man and go from there so you can cast a wide net. If you are looking for love "just be yourself" is terrific advice. Guess what? You can only keep up a persona for so long until someone finds out who you really are. If you are looking for someone to spend the rest of your life with then you need them …

Without getting into my history. I used to be red pill. I no longer associate with those individuals or that group because I believe that they are misguided and take their beliefs to illogical extremes. With that being said here is the answer to your question. Warning long answer ahead. They want to date women, however they just want to date women on their terms. Since we were little kids we were LIED to about how women and dating were supposed to be. We were told be nice, hold open doors, work …

SO essentially women are so shallow that if a man doesn't measure up to what they deem as attractive they will rule him out completely. Where are all the good women? And before you come at me, yes I have given women with whom I wasn't attracted to a chance.

Yes. Women are absolute hypocrites when it comes to body positivity. I know from experience cause I used to have an athletic build and now I am fat.

Because emotions are sometimes hard to control and men are still generally seen as the leaders of our society as a whole. And since society places on us the expectation that we take on the role as leaders we also subsequently bear the burden of being strong at all times. And honestly it’s a beautiful burden to bear. Having the ability to remain composed and stoic during difficult times can bring out the best in others and keep a situation from going from bad to worse. Is it fair that this is exp…
