You do it by finding yourself. I see so many guys jumping into another relationship with skeletons in their closet. The next woman doesn't deserve that. Get to know yourself and more importantly get to be ok alone with yourself. I did that for two years and learned to like and love myself. Then I started dating again. This may not be the answer your looking for but I guarantee you it works.

Time brother..you need time! It took me two years after divorce to find some peace. You'll be ok.

She cheated on me. About six months went by and then we tried to work things out until I found out she was pregnant with another guy's baby. We have a 15 year old together that she told lies to him about. We had joint custody until she took me to court and got full custody just because she wanted money monthly. I told me son the truth with evidence and he despises her now. Point is, you feel it in yourself when it's time. And I learned that pain is inevitable, misery is a choice.

Find herself?? You need to find yourself man. I've been divorced for 12 years. I've dated, been in relationships and live my life the way I want to. No woman is going to control how I live. You need to learn to love yourself, it takes time, and then you'll find freedom from yourself. Stop focusing on her and focusing on yourself.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
