A lot of people trying to "defend" women end up acting misogynistic. Treating women as weak, incapable, irresponsible, inferior, defenseless...

Finally there are gay men realizing this. I've seen misandrists getting close to gay men as if they are not real men. Using them just to stab them in the back. Truth be told, not even cis women are safe in these "feminist" circles. Any disagreement or differences can be met with worse attacks than what you would expect from a sworn enemy.

They re just not saying what they REALLY want. I have 2 theories about that: 1. Straight women are attracted to Men (pretty obvious). But what is considered "man" or "manly" are very relative things. If a woman see men as inherently toxic, aggressive or misogynistic, any man that it's not like that will not be seen as a "real man". They are invisible to them. Toxicity becomes attached to masculinity because of the media, other women, social factors, history, fiction... And a manly man is an attr…

Sometimes, the worst thing that you can do to a person is to give them exactly what they wanted. They prefer evil women over any men. How do you imagine the quality of their friends and relationships?

Ok, after reading the article... This guy simply lost their ability to connect with other men and is blaming them for it. Their patients TRY to attune with him, they talk about what they like trying to reach a common ground and his response is saying "yeah, yeah, you know about it, let's change the subject". He just get used to approach things the way women do it and when others use a different method he reads it as "emotional illiteracy". Even being more honest and redirecting the conversation …

Tell some autistic man that he is treating you unfairly and that you need some space and the guy probably will apologize to death and do however you want. And 3: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA... That's two of the most WRONG information that I've ever read. It's like believing that eating plutonium is a cure for cancer. In high degrees of autism that's true. That's because, in some cases, they will treat EVERYONE like they don't exist. That sounded very personal to one guy that didn't treated her right …

There are some female MRA out there. Like Emily King and dadvocate. Seeing their content keeps me seeing that rational women still exist. I also recommend you look into the history of women you respect. I really liked to search for info about Marie Curie, who was an incredible woman and a good person. This is advice about online content... But what REALLY keeps me away from becoming a misogynist is the women I meet in real life. I've met some wonderful, smart and nice women... A lot of awful one…

In the comments you can see more than one reason. I will give another one. Here in Brazil we have a saying: "The one talking badly is the one who will buy it". You offer something, and people will not admit they want it. Either they want to convince themselves that they don't want it or they don't like the price to pay. I think these women envy masculinity (or the vision they have about it) but will NEVER say it out loud or pay the price - the price is recognizing something positive about men. S…

I wish you luck. Another thing that maybe could help you is exercise. Working out or learning how to fight is a good way to build some self-esteem, getting healthy, and reducing stress, anger and sadness. Besides, you can also know more people, new places or have some topic that you can talk about. If you want, you could do it for free. Just describe your stats (age, height, weight, health conditions, fitness goals...) into chat GPT or other AI while asking it to act as a personal trainer and to…

I've been there... Bullied a lot in my childhood. Years later, in university some friends of mine crossed some lines - but all it took to make them stop before it got worse was some talk. There were others (men and women) not so friendly in my class, though. Same behavior: destroying reputations simply because they could. I am giving you just a very short version of my story - I've been in different universities, this one was the best. In another one, one guy literally threatened to kill me... T…

I will answer that with a big "maybe", you have to ask why this reduction is happening. For example: if young people don't have time for relationships anymore or don't want it, the violence will not increase. Now, let's assume that young men will suffer from a lot of dire circumstances that only get worse... Imagine some crisis that puts the majority of men into misery, but will not affect women in the same intensity and they fell apart in life. Young men are going to war, a majority of them wil…

That's really sad. I could understand this. A lot of men grow up learning that men are the worst. But then, I've realized some things: - that men did, and does, a lot of good for everyone. And they keep the society going. - that a lot of injustices are done to men. - that these men that hate his own gender will be treated worse than the ones that have some respect for their own demographic.

"What do men produce?". Everything, actually. They do the great majority of physical work that keeps society running - electricity, sewer, construction, industry, farming, mining, security... If all men in the world stopped working for 1 week, I think that would be a really catastrophic event with millions of deaths.

There IS a movement for men: MRA. You can also maybe count MGTOW (but they are more like "follow your own path" kind of movement - not union) and niche movements directed to male segments: fathers, soldiers, homeless...

I noticed that, and other points: - they treat women as harmless and incapable of defending themselves. Or incapable of taking accountability. That's humiliating, contradictory, and reveals that they don't believe in what they say about men - if they did, they would not ask for the men's help or expect it. - The way feminists treat women is simply terrible. Bullying, betrayal, competition, reputation attacks... Sometimes all it takes to do their witch hunt is some woman saying "I love my husband…

Yeah, exactly. And that objectification would have worked contracting dancers in a strip club for women. Treating men like that and expecting them to come and expend their money is just plain dumb.

Yeah, clubs like this never last long. For example: someone tried a club only for women - would have worked if it was a lesbian bar. But in these clubs for straight couples, men are the ones that pay more. In hope to get laid they accept pay more to enter, for drinks, for vip treatment... The best clients are either rich ones trying to impress the ladies or clueless nerds that are easy to convince. It's already rare to go to night clubs nowadays. The new generations simply are not interested. An…

I have a theory that women that hate men always are attracted to the worst, toxic and more violent ones. Simply because they see toxicity and violence as male traits. If you are not a complete a-hole, you are not really a man for them. Not gonna lie, I find it funny. The ones that hate men the most will get the worst partners or will be alone. What pisses me off are the men that will accept the misandry. But I suppose I should pity them - they will probably be used and discarded.

Your biggest concern right now should be your divorce. It is a very, VERY dangerous situation, especially for men. There are 2 kinds of divorce: a peaceful one without fights, and a normal one. Listen: never think that if you give her what she wants, she will stop asking for more. It's not about money or property - it's about making you suffer. Stand your ground, be careful and always act knowing that your ex probably will want to destroy your life.

That "feminism" view is also very degrading for women. They are seen as weak, incapable of defending themselves, and to act for their own benefit. You cannot see yourself as a hopeless victim and a strong, independent and capable adult at the same time.

I think that for some things they are and others no. And that can be very different according to places, culture and individuals. I think men are very gullible especially about relationships and politics. And women are very gullible about health, beauty and supernatural things.

There is a theory that women have a very clear distinction between liking someone and liking the relationship with someone. Translation: when you say "be my girlfriend/ be my wife", that's an relationship offer. If the relationship is not interesting for her, she will not accept it. And it doesn't matter how much she loves you, if that relationship is not working for her (and that includes what you provide for her), she will leave you. Actually, that's not a bad way to see things. You can love s…

I think you should ask her "do you think that i am with you only for sex?" Either she doesn't believe her own crap, or she doesn't see you as a man or she really thinks that you see her as a free hoe that can be thrown away at any moment. It's bad either way.

I think that's just a USA thing. It's crazy that this competition even exists. I think in South America we prefer sons just for a simple reason: they are cheaper to maintain. Less clothes, no makeup, no fancy products for hair or nails. They can be very happy playing with a rock and a stick
/r/MensRights24/02/25 08:03 PM

Ok, first things first: the internet is not the real life. Even the posts are just one fraction of a person's views and feelings. Don't let it drag you down. Second: no, it's not justified to hate half of humanity. Let me tell you what the majority of men are: workers and farmers. Making a living in powerplants and growing food. They are not rapists, or even bad people. For last and not least: block and ignore toxic comments for your own mental health sake.

There are some MRA influencers, always spreading data and information or simply advice for men. Here in Brazil, it is starting to appear MRA groups among lawyers. In other countries, I think there are movements to change domestic violence and rape laws to protect men. Even without these, I think it's important to have spaces to vent and communicate... So even without action, I like those virtual spaces. But yeah, there is much complaining and little action.

Looks like your question doesn't have much relation with the post, I think a better question would be: "What did it say when you asked it what you can do to make men feel comfortable when they are experiencing all of those forms of psychological abuse?"

It's not fair to hate half of humanity. It's simple bigotry. It's understandable and rightful to feel angry and make it clear, but for mental health and quality of life: it's better to not drown in hate like they do. Still, I think MGTOW can be a good way.

They could stop being so open about their hate to men, and especially white men, as starting point. The next step would be pretending they give a shit about men. But they will only learn something and start to listen when it's their only option

Those people gave up on healthy relationships with men. Being happy with a man who loves and cares for you proves them wrong. So: they hate it, deny this possibility, keep telling you that's a mistake. They do it because of hubris, envy, and their incapacity to admit their mistakes. It's really not about you, or your boyfriend. Anyway, be happy. That's what these people hate.

I think women are the ones who can make it happen. A lot of them joined the MRA movement or talked about it in a good light, and this made wonders for your reputation - proving it's not a misogynist ideology. Doing good it's the way. Men are suffering - recognizing this and helping them will bring a lot of them to your side Being proud.
